This includes log data, device identifiers, and analytics events necessary to operate and improve our service.

We use collected data to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send product updates and security notices, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored in SOC 2 Type II-certified infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We operate primary servers in the US and EU, with optional data residency controls available to Enterprise customers.
4. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to processing, or request a data export. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@nexus.io .
