1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Nexus platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including individual accounts and those acting on behalf of an organization.
2. Use of the Platform
You may use Nexus solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the platform in a way that could harm Nexus or its users.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property
Nexus and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, software, and content. Your data remains yours. By using Nexus, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
